About Searchery
Searchery is a young executive search firm with mandates and projects at listed and medium-sized companies as well as international start-ups and scale-ups. In 2021, Philine Cremer and Nina Maywald founded Searchery with the ambition to strongly align companies for the future by selecting leaders. From the very beginning, our focus has been on leaders who drive transformations in today’s constantly changing corporate and leadership context with future-oriented competences.

About Philine Cremer
Philine Cremer is a founding partner of Searchery and has extensive experience in executive & professional search and female recruiting for DAX and medium-sized companies. With a strong foundation in industry and consulting, extensive, broad functional knowledge and an extensive, resilient network, she fills leadership positions and advises companies on strategic personnel development. Her expertise lies in specifically filling leadership positions in a transformative context and thus creating sustainable growth and competitive advantages. She is an expert on women in management positions and the design of female career paths.
As founder and co-head of the Female Business Network “Female & Fierce Club”, she actively promotes more women in leadership positions.
Professional background: Philine Cremer gained international consulting experience in strategy and management consulting at Bayer with a focus on Shared Services & Organization and with project assignments in Asia, North and South America, as well as throughout Europe. She has also actively supported extensive transformation initiatives at thyssenkrupp as a Senior Change Professional.
Education: Diploma in business administration with a focus on controlling and business psychology from the University of Cologne, Bankkauffrau (apprenticeship)

About Henrike Simon
Henrike Simon is an Associate Partner at Searchery and advises companies on filling executive positions and developing management teams. With many years of experience in the DAX, start-up, VC and private equity environment, she successfully supports growth and transformation processes. Thanks to her excellent network in various industries, she supports clients in finding tailor-made solutions for leadership and succession challenges. Henrike Simon combines her strong network with in-depth knowledge of different organizational structures and challenges in order to optimally fill key positions. Her passion for people and their skills, as well as her enthusiasm for future technologies, drives her to find optimal solutions for our clients.

With a deep understanding of the needs of candidates and clients and confident clarity, she ensures transparent and concise communication. Through thought leadership and innovative campaign management, she conveys Searchery’s values and supports our mission to ensure the success of companies through excellent, forward-looking executives.
Professional background: Nora Neerfeld has led international marketing projects and campaigns in various industries and corporate structures across North America, Australia and Europe. She has extensive experience in the online and offline communication of products and services. As Marketing Consultant at BBS and Group Marketing Communications Manager at Zehnder, she developed strategic and customer-oriented concepts for product launches and brand strengthening.
Education: Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration) with a focus on trade fair, congress and event management and marketing at the Baden Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim and studies at the Budapest Business School in Hungary.
